Genesis Realty Group
Jac Zadrima

Jac has been active in the New York real estate market since 1986.  With the help of friends and family that remain the cornerstone of his personal and business life, he has developed his business and flourished in The Bronx. Today's investor requires flexibility and a strong management operation in order to succeed in The New York Real Estate Market, which was the catalyst for creating Genesis Realty Group. Responsible for housing about 2500 families in the Bronx and Manhattan, Jac serves his clients through day to day management, long term planning, procurement of long term financing, acquisitions, and interfacing with various City, State, and Federal Agencies.  He considers the acquisition, renovation, and creative financing of distressed properties to be among the most difficult and most rewarding aspect of his experience. Jac regards such endeavors among his greatest professional achievements. Recent changes in our industry have called for NYC property owners and managers to consider the environment from an economic and socially conscience viewpoint. New regulations and incentives have provided the fuel to implement energy reduction policies that reduce the carbon footprint of Jac’s portfolio. This unique convergence of government policy and affordable systems has driven a new green initiative at Genesis. Jac sees this area in our industry as a growth opportunity and welcomes the New York Real Estate Community to embrace it as Genesis has.  Jac Grew up in The Bronx and looks forward to continued personal and professional growth in The Borough.

Michael Anthony Holdings, LLC
Anthony Paolercio

Anthony Paolercio Jr. is a leading designer, marketer, and manufacturer of handcrafted jewelry in the United States. In 1977 two young men from The Bronx Anthony Paolercio, Jr., and his older brother Michael hoped to establish a national jewelry manufacturing concern known for the quality and value of their merchandise. So, it was to nobody’s surprise that success and expansion were quick to find the two brothers. The company's net sales grew exponentially in the next decade. Within ten years major innovations one after another that would change the jewelry manufacturing industry as a whole, sprouted out of Anthony’s experience. In 1987, Michael Anthony Jewelers introduced to its manufacturing process a photo-etching technique, enabling the company to fashion simultaneous etching on both jewelry sides that would revolutionize the industry. Today after almost forty years from his humble entrepreneurial beginnings Mr. Paolercio is an established and world-renowned professional in his field. Staying true to his principles, he continues to be a leader within our community and beyond, with significant projects under his belt, and a member of a number of organizations and associations always seeking new challenges and making sure he overcomes them all.
